이 작업셀의 주 드래그는 스위치 자기저항 속도조절 시스템 (SRD) 이나 서보 시스템을 사용하며, 작업대 왕복 운동은 무급 속도조절을 실현할 수 있으며, 그 넓은 속도조절 범위는 대패, 밀링, 연마의 각종 속도 요구를 만족시킬 수 있다.선반 이송 동작에는 독립적인 이송 상자가 있어 공구를 균일하게 하고 각종 재질의 평면, 경사면, T형 슬롯, 조합 레일과 래크 등을 가공할 수 있다.

1. 여러 개의 달팽이가 고정밀 래크를 드래그하여 작업대 운동이 더욱 안정적이다.

2. 독립된 작업대 윤활 시스템은 작업대가 각종 속도에서 충분히 윤활할 수 있도록 한다.

3. 침대 몸체, 기둥 등 핵심 부품의 회화, 진동 시효, 초음파 담금질 등 열처리 공정은 선반의 정밀도를 더욱 안정시키고 사용 수명을 더욱 길게 한다.

4. 선반 상체, 기둥, 대들보와 작업대는 중형 선반 파라미터에 따라 설계하고 재료는 HT250 이상의 주철 주조를 사용하여 선반이 더욱 좋은 안정성과 정밀도 유지성을 가지도록 한다.
